Good to layer under a cardigan!
This top was nice, but didn't have a wow factor. The way the sides with the ruffles flare out I felt it made my hips look big & it just didn't look that flattering. However, I paired it with a navy cardigan, long silver necklace, and dark jean capris. All together that look was really cute!
