Way too big! I'm a 6 or 8, busty enough to error on the side of caution. I was drowning in this 6.

Loved the idea of this but could not find the right resting place around my neck. Felt too rigid and lumpy without enough articulated places to help it hang well.

Really runs small -- went up one size, should have done two. Fabric is fantastic.
Very high waisted, ditto what others said about the skirt needing attention when sitting -- I think this would be better even one more size up so it didn't pull.
