I think RTR should update the model photography for this - you'll notice that the neck seems to be really stretched out, but that's because it's meant to be worn off shoulder! I looked at photography from another size and discovered that I had been wearing it incorrectly. Definitely cute top!

Definitely runs about 1-2 sizes large. It's pretty, but the now easily comes untied because it's heavy and the skirt is much longer than anticipated. I'm 5'6" and it came down midway on my calf.
