This definitely runs large. I'm usually a size small and I got the extra small as a back up. I had to wear the extra small! The material has a strong drape to it so it definitely had to employ the use of spanks, but that fall in the fabric also helps with a very comfortable wear. The neckline plunges a bit but there's a little snap and with some fabric tape, You're all set! Also, my photo was taken without flash. The fabric is pretty dark with a very subtle gold glimmer. It's not loud or tacky. It's perfect. FYI - I added a belt and a for wrap because it was a 1920s themed party that I wore this to.

I've rented several times from RTR and never worn the clothes I rented for various different reasons. This time I finally wore it! I wore this for my daughter's bday party (7years old) at a high end fashion salon. I'm a big size 2 (5'3" / 130 lbs) and this fit perfectly if maybe a tad snug on "the girls" (I'm a full C). I did not need to size up at all. It's a lot of fabric so this would look great on curvy or tall gals (it was a bit too much for my small frame, hence the 4 instead of 5 stars). I paired it with a denim pencil skirt. I would rent it again if I lost 5 lbs. lol

I loved the stress and wanted to wear it but… This is my third rental from RTR where I could not wear the dress! My last two rentals resulted as follows: first, the dress turned out to be too casual for the event I rented it for. The second time, it didn't fit right. So this time, when I rented, I rented two different dresses (I'm not talking about 2 sizes of the same dress; I mean two completely different ones) in anticipation of one of them not fitting right. The catch - I will be traveling. When I called RTR to say that one dress I wanted to return and the other I wanted to wear, I expected I would get a merchandise credit for the dress I'm returning within 24 hours. I was informed that it doesn't work that way. You do not get partial credit. In other words, both dresses have to be returned within the 24 hours in order to get the merchandise credit. Since I'm traveling with a carry-on, I would have to take the two sizes of the dress I'm not wearing along with the dress I am wearing in my luggage, even though I'm not wearing two of those dresses! I would then have to return them all together. It kind of defeats the entire purpose of renting an outfit for a trip! And because I have had bad experience finding and renting address I can actually wear, I got to you as a safety thinking I'd be able to return one and get just that: partial credit. So since I'm three for three with luck in renting dresses. I'm afraid I'm going to have to give up on RTR altogether. :-(

Okay, I'm 5'3", about 128 lbs and a 34C cup, but very small boned so I usually fit into a 2 that runs big or a 4 that runs small. I got the 2 with the 4 back up. Now, because this was for NYE, I figured I'd be carrying extra lbs (which I am), so I was shocked that not only is the top roomy, but for my junk in the trunk, it was cut a little loose on the bottom too. I don't dare suggest a 0 would have fit me, but if you weigh 125 lbs or less and are of similar height, you might want to try the 0 with the 2 as backup. I ended up not wearing the romper because a. It was freezing that night and b. The event called for something a little more dressy. But my experience with the rental/return makes me want to find another event just so I can rent again! Lol
