Dress was beautiful, seemed a little worn (or well loved rather)
I really loved this dress, and the pattern was beautiful. However, there were some areas the fabric looked a little pulled (this was a size 48) like a thread had pulled loose in key areas. It wasn't super obvious and probably not obvious at all to the casual observer (a very nit picky observation) and I decided to wear the dress despite this. It photographed very well despite this.

Tight in stomach/no pockets
These pants fit very well overall and are very flattering. I think for anyone who has a pooch in their stomach area it may be a bit tight where the pants are fastened (they are high waisted and fasten above the naval). I tend to overly utilize pockets in my clothing so I felt myself searching for non existent pockets throughout the day. The color is gorgeous and they are otherwise extremely flattering.

Beautiful pattern and color
If you are between sizes, size down. I am a very busty individual and the dress kept gaping open at my chest no matter how I tied the straps. Also, I wouldn't recommend for any time spent outdoors as I had to grab it from blowing open twice. The colors and fabric are wonderful though.

Needs an undershirt
This dress looks SCANDALOUS without an undershirt. I am unfortunately very busty and the dress could not accommodate with it's one button and snap. The pattern is beautiful and it's a very stunning look generally.

Beautiful print...awkward fit
I sort of wondered if this dress was laundered (not dry cleaned) before it was returned to RTR because the fit felt slightly off (how the undergarment part of the dress fell compared to the rest of the garment). The pattern is beautiful and very mod feeling but the dress rode up in the back. I don't know if it was the dress overall or if mine specifically hadn't been cared for correctly.

Nice but not amazing
I thought the photos were better than in person, but the color of the skirt was beautiful and it hung well on my frame. I should have read the reviews more carefully because I didn’t realize it was a sweater-y material and think it’s more of a cool spring skirt than a summer skirt.

Very SPRING
This dress is lovely. I am a very busty person and the lines of the dress compliment that very well, however, I noticed that the seem was coming loose under my arm when I became undressed. I do not have a recollection of feeling it pull or thinking it was too tight in any way so it was a surprise. I received tons of compliments. It’s VERY girly so while I normally wear a lot of floral patterns, I felt especially feminine and wondered if the florals could be overwhelming from my normal style.

Too fancy
The dress is absolutely gorgeous and I planned to wear it to a wedding, but then decided not to because it was ultimately too fancy and I thought it would stand out too much. If I were to get married again or were a famed cellist or attending some highbrow embassy event I would definitely rent this again, but I would save it for the utmost formal events.

Very comfortable, even in HOT weather, great for chasing toddlers around!
The embroidery in this dress is gorgeous but I think the biggest sell on this dress is how COMFORTABLE it is. The rest of the dress had kind of a jersey like feel to it, (a super well constructed jersey like feel). I think the main thing that sold me on this dress is I literally spent the entire evening chasing my toddler around (outside and on the dance floor) and the dress held up all evening and never felt like it was obstructing my movement in any way at all. I was worried about wearing black to the wedding because I knew it would be very hot, but I seemed to be one of the least damaged by the heat throughout the evening. I wish I could own this dress, and would definitely consider renting it again.
