No room for hips
I am so glad I ordered a different back up dress. I am a size 4 but was unable to fit this dress in a XS or S. I would say a medium is equivalent to a size 4. No room for booty or hips at all.

Flattering Plum Dress
Other reviews say it ran small. I think it's meant to fit fairly tight, sucking in all the right places. Also the sleeves were not too long, as long as I kept the dress pulled up around my shoulder. You will need to get all your over head reaching done prior to putting this on & you'll probably need help zipping it up. I loved it!
