Amazing dress for about five minutes...
Decided to wear this to Prada Mode with a Prada belt, since I needed to go straight from work to the event. Unfortunately, as everyone else has stated, it bunches up pretty badly due to not having belt loops; wearing a belt is non-negotiable. The dress somehow catches more lint than a literal lint roller, and even in my brand new home, it was catching dust that I didn’t know was in the air with every step I took. I ended up bringing packing tape with me so I could use it instead of a lint roller, and had to use our office's mini steamer to steam the dress twice during the day because it wrinkles so badly… it was BEYOND frustrating. I’ve literally never worn any item of clothing like that; I was constantly messing with the dress and it put quite a damper on my night. But it did photograph beautifully and it was long enough in the arms and dress length for my nearly 6’ tall frame. Also, contrary to other reviewer's complaints, I did not have an issue with the buttons; they stayed closed for me all day & night. On no planet is this dress worth $745. This is best left for photo shoots and not much more beyond that, unfortunately. Excited for a different brand to take a stab at this and do it correctly because it really is a cute dress in theory.

This is such a fun and cute shirt for summer. I wore it to a work conference in Miami with a pair of baggy jeans, and it was the easiest outfit I wore the entire trip. Absolutely would have purchased this if not for the price and the fact that there appeared to be some wear on the collar and buttons (nothing crazy, but the item is clearly not new)... no idea why RTR stubbornly clung to charging the full "retail" price, but I ended up buying it brand new from Harrod's for $150 so it's all good. Definitely a staple piece and if I hadn't purchased elsewhere, I probably would have rented it again :)

The *PERFECT* Summer Dress... except...
Completely obsessed with this dress and would have purchased it if not for the very annoying (and excessive in quantity) buttons. The button holes are simply not big enough for these buttons and I would have had to take it to a seamstress to adjust all 94 button holes to be able to wear it on a more frequent basis. I decided to wear this to my daughter's graduation with my gold Hermes Meli ballet flats, my gold Lindy 26, and a hat... so easy to dress and goes with any neutral color pairing. It was absolutely perfect for sitting in humid 90 degree heat under direct sunlight for 3 hours in the late afternoon, and not only kept me from getting sunburned, but also kept me pretty cool. I was a little worried about sweat, but the fabric dries so quickly that this was not an issue at all. An amazing dress for anyone with the patience of a saint.

Awkward fit
I received this NWT, so I was very excited to try it. From the side, this jumpsuit looks cute (although the legs are a bit short for me, so they appear more like capri-length). From the front, it's a mess. The top looks great, with oversized sleeves and a fitted chest and ribline... but the bottom portion is trying to do the extra-bulbous hips thing with a narrowed fit in the legs. I'm 5'11" and between a size 2 and 4, and I'm as flat-shaped as they come, so I thought this would be flattering on me. It's not. It looks nuts lol. This might be better suited on someone 5'7" or under and with natural curves to lean into the exaggerated shape of this jumpsuit.

I found a reason to wear this dress three times in a month… I had to buy it. This is just the perfect spring/summer dress, and it goes with all of my bags and shoes. I’m really tall and very straight, but this dress gives the illusion of having curves, which I’m definitely a fan of! Super tall-friendly, arms are the right length. Amazing dress 💕

Cute jacket!
This jacket is a bit different from typical work attire, since it only has three buttons at the top. When I tried to wear it open, it just looked a bit awkward since there’s a petal-like flare to the bottom half of the jacket (it’s meant to be buttoned). I opted to wear it with white wide leg jeans for a bridal brunch in Beverly Hills, and it was perfect for the occasion. I love that it’s a little edgy, but since I work in litigation I couldn’t get away with it as workwear.

Lightweight, so perfect for seasons transition wardrobe!
The gold is a true gold on these buttons, btw. Loved this piece, but I guess I should have sized down. The flare on the hips is really wide and I felt like I looked pregnant or something, which was a little weird and unusual for me. So maybe if you’re in between sizes, size down. Tall girls need not worry about arm length with this one!

Such a fun jacket for SS26!!
Perfect for any of my fellow litigation girlies looking to switch out of the black and brown monochromes that dominated FW25! Goes great with slacks, a skirt, and jeans. Easy to dress up or down, and the fit was perfect even for my slenderman-length arms. 💗 might buy, but I’m afraid it’s such a loud piece that it’d be difficult to wear it more than once every 2 months lol.

The perfect tweed jacket for SS26!
Dear RTR - Private Equity Edition: More of this, less of the Rent The Retail, please. I am very tall and very picky, which is a combination that typically leads to disappointment when it comes to tweed jackets (especially with arm length!). This jacket is absolutely perfect, tall girl friendly, and goes well with jeans, slacks, heels, or flats— I’ve worn it both to the office and to Rodeo on the weekend (as pictured). This was *not* NWT, but I’m so obsessed that I am happily paying full price to keep it.

Size down 1 full size.
RTR lists size 40 as a size 6; this is an error. Sandro's size chart lists 40 as a size 8. I am between a 4 and 6, so the 8 was ENORMOUS on me. I don't like my work clothes to fit too tightly (nobody wants a work wedgie, amirite), so I think the 38 would have worked for me. The pants are gorgeous, perfect material (on the thicker side, but still a bit of stretch), and they are LONG. I always get the long sizes when they're available because I'm nearly 6' of pure legs, and I assume all of the clothes on here have been dried on high heat at this point, but I honestly could have done the R. That's how long these are. When I tried them on, even my 3.5" heels still left material dragging on the floor. So to anyone who isn't tall, PLEASE leave the L's for the tall girls because these are plenty long and you'll risk damaging the hemlines. I'll order these again in a 38R on my next shipment!

For the love of all that is holy, think of the next girlypop who will be wearing the item that you insist on throwing into the dryer on high heat. There aren’t a lot of Talls on here, and there also aren’t a lot of tall-friendly clothes to choose from as it is, but these specific pants are pretty widely accepted as tall-friendly. Imagine my disappointment when I slipped on this pair (a size up from my usual) only to find that they are mf CAPRIS on me. Just stoppit already. Enough! Buy some Tide pens or something and quit letting your washing machines abuse the garments, I beg you 🙏 do less ✨

Warning to anyone with larger upper arms— the arm holes on the sleeves are small. They’re stretchy, but the puff will not puff if the sleeves are stretched. Also this sweater is cropped at the midline, so if you’re in between sizes, size up. Otherwise it will be cropped at the underboob (again with the stretch). I am so happy that this fit me like a glove. I am obsessed with short sleeve summer sweaters and powder blue has been my summer color of choice for 2025. This baby arrived NWT so I bought it! I’ve worn it to brunch and to the office, can be dressed up or down 💕
