Did not wear the dress because the dress that arrived was incorrect.
The dress is pretty in person, I would recommend renting it. The only issue is that the sequins come in attached to one another so unless you are willing to detangle the dress, I would not recommend renting it. This dress overall was the wrong dress sent, the dress that came in was identical to this one except without sleeves. Rent the Runway has A M A Z I N G guest service, and overnighted another dress without any questions asked.

Dress for colder weather, and for someone with an open mind & tall.
The dress is made out of extremely heavy scuba material, so I do not recommend it if you are planning on going to an event in hot weather. The sleeves are really long, (my mom) had to roll her sleeves up in this photo. Also, the dress is overall really long, so unless tall heals are being worn, I wouldn't recommend this for anyone "short". The dress overall is very eye catching and you will get a lot of compliments. Comfy, not too tight. True to size. (my mom) said she would have preferred to wear a S over the M, but the M did work just fine.

The dress was really great, got a ton of compliments. Very classy, good for multiple occasions!
The dress was true to size, being that my upper body and torso are smaller than my lower body, the top of the dress still somehow fit very tight, so I would recommend reading other people's opinions to see if you think you would fit the top of the dress in case you are more top heavy. The bottom of the dress gave me enough room to eat and not feel like a stuffed sausage. The sleeves fit "tight" as well, so if your arms are not "athletic" then I would try to read people's reviews to see if your arms will fit. I recommend going with your actual dress size and then going a dress size up for the second free dress. Totally falling in love with Rent the Runway and their awesome service. I would wear this dress again and again if I got to own it.

People kept complimenting my dress & asking where I got it from. I definitely stood out & felt great
I have an hourglass physique therefore my bottom fit but my top was tad too loose. I made it work, but my straps would fall off couple times. Overall fantastic service, came in right on time, dresses were nice and clean, and the return is uber easy. Can't wait to order again!
