The fit was spot on. And the dress shows off the arms but covers the bra well. I would even consider wearing this dress to a second function. It's perfect for spring and summer.

I got oodles of compliments on the way the dress moves and flows.
It seems long-wasted, so the top half was too long for me because I'm short-waisted. I used a lot of fashion tape to remedy this. The vertical pleats appear VERY slimming, which is a great optical illusion. The length required super high heels because I'm petite (less than 5'4".) Overall it was an amazing dress that got compliments everywhere I went.
