Rented this for a concert and it was so fun to wear! It's extremely short and rides up and I'm only 5'2!! I had to wear black biking shorts underneath. Otherwise it basically fits like an oversized T shirt.

I rented this for one night of my bachelorette party and it was FAB. The 0 fit perfectly! But it is very long! At 5"2' i was barely able to wear it in my tallest platform heels! I would say be at least 5"3' or over to rent it - it still looked a bit long on me but it was an awesome rental! Also, no bra needed because of the sequins. The back is maybe the best part!!
