Always complimented
I kept this for a couple swaps when I was 16-22 weeks pregnant. I wore it both for work events and more casually. It looks great with black sandals, flats, or a heeled ankle boot and I got compliments from strangers each time I wore it. By 22 weeks the cross body tie was getting a little more awkward for my belly so I swapped it. I think a Large would work at that point though because the material is stretchy (for reference, my size is more like D+ cup now and closer to 155-160 lbs by 22 weeks). For work I used fashion tape at the slit to make sure it stayed shut, the only time I had a problem was when I was walking in a hurry, otherwise no issues

Great fit for pregnancy!
I wore this at 21-23 weeks and it was so comfortable and cute. I wore it multiple times and each time I felt great. It handled a hot humid day well and looks good with sneakers or sandals. You cannot wear a bra with the open back, I either wore pasties or nothing. (Compared to my profile I’m probably more like 160 lbs / D or larger cup at this stage)

This was not flattering on me, maybe because I have bigger hips proportional to the rest of my body. I could not wear, the portion of my body covered by the little shorts just looked huge, it was giving Ursula from the little mermaid

Not high rise? Too small
I agonized over getting a 27 vs 28 but thought a 27 would work since it’s an American brand (for comparison I’m a 27 in madewell and Levi’s, 28 in Ganni). I could button them but it was uncomfortable. Even weirder it just did not seem high rise. There was not enough fabric in the rise to look how it looks on the model. They were not long on me at 5’8”. Will not be wearing.

Cute shift if you get the sizing right!
I couldn’t decide between a 36 and a 38. The model is wearing a 36. I ultimately went with the 38 but should have gotten the 36. I styled over a black turtleneck and tights and it didn’t look oversized. Just be aware if you are 5’10” or taller it would probably feel short. For comparison, I usually take a 38 in Sandro dresses and own some BuP pants in 36 so it does run large.

I got this with Thanksgiving in mind. I thought the small might be too tight in the waist but the dress is just big overall. Long on me at 5’8”, sleeves feel long too. It’s well made but could use another button at the chest, I’m going to pin it

‘Thrifted’ vibe
I was super excited for a flowy black dress since it’s fall but still hot where I live. Unfortunately, as others have said, the fit is off. The cut at the underarms is low so I ended up wearing no bra but then straps are also pretty loose so this was risky. The built-in slip straps also peek out, if I owned it I would probably cut out the slip. Then the butt area was big and poofed out oddly. I love the idea of this dress but it’s strangely made. I wore with a chunky boot to a rock concert and the vibe was right, it’s more boho/thrifted than ‘elevated’

Well made, do not size up
High quality, nicely constructed. The fit is oversized with almost a cape-like appearance from the back. The sleeves bell out. I found the small to be almost too big so do not size up. Easy to pair with a tighter fitting long dress or skirt, or pants

Beautiful top, color a bit challenging
This is a beautiful, well made garment. I don’t think the color was right for my skin tone but still received many compliments. The fit is cropped so pair with high waisted bottoms, if you don’t want your stomach to show. I wore with just a tan bra or a black tank depending on setting. It will be slightly see through.

Perfect museum day top
I wore this top on a couple occasions and received many compliments. Beware it is bright, bright white so you have to be super careful. I wore it with a cream tank underneath because I was wearing to during the day but it would also be super cute with just a white bra and a leather skirt for a night out. It is slightly cropped so plan for midriff showing or pair with high waisted bottoms

A great dress for a dinner out. The details on the side keep it from being boring. My only complaint is the straps were long with no way to adjust them. If you have a smaller bust, try sizing down.

I got a ton of compliments on this dress and love the playful print. It was short on me but not unwearable. The ties on the side did come undone a couple time. It does wrinkle easily and I also found the weight of the dress tends to pull the top down so the inside of the seam shows. I used a piece of fashion tape to hold it in place during dinner.

Boho vibe skirt
I wore this to a outdoor concert and got tons of compliments. As others have said, it is see through. I wore it with a black body suit, if you prefer more modesty you could throw on a cream skirt slip underneath. There is a pearl button detail I didn’t notice until I saw it in person. It did seem a bit large on me so size down if you want more high waisted look. Would be a great beach cover up too!

So beautiful!
This is a gorgeous dress. It is a bit heavy FYI but the open back keeps it from being too warm. I sized up based on availability but I think I could have gone a size smaller - sizing would be flexible though given the way it’s cut, since there’s no real waist. If you are shorter, do not size up, it will be too long. I wore pasties underneath and put a piece of clothing tape at each underarm and one above my underwear at the back. I was dancing really hard at the wedding and it was fine! I don’t think you would need the tape if just going to dinner or something.

Size down, sporty spice look
These worked for me! I paired with a black crop top, black bomber jacket and white sneakers for running errands. The pants are loud (my cat was initially scared of them!) but in a city, I didn’t notice the sound when I was out and about. They are a strange rain pants like material which worked for me when it was drizzling! I would not recommend these for hot or humid weather but perfect for San Diego high 60s.

Great fit
I don't normally do animal print but these were amazing. So many compliments, made my butt look fantastic. Very flattering all around. A bit of a skinnier leg than most of my jeans right now but has a modern hem line. Super cute with an ankle boot and black silk top for work or black flats and a tee for the day.

Cute and cool but not flattering
Boxy fit. I paired with black boots and a black mock neck tank for work. I wore without the tank and with ballet flats to dinner. I received many compliments but it was definitely not the most slimming look. I say go for it if you're looking for something different! But it is giving 90's schoolteacher/ custodian's cleaning vest/ the radiation vest you wear at the dentist.

It's a cute bag. Color is definitely a little more orangey than the images make it look. My main issue was the leather - it's not soft and seems plasticy. All I could think was 'my mother would hate this leather' lol
