I rented this for a formal party and it held its own! The Rio Carnival themed event was the perfect place to wear this dress. The structure is funky. The colors sing (esp in pictures)! The length is right above the knee on my 5'9" frame. I was getting compliments all night about the dress!! My only complaint is the zipper was difficult to zip up (on both sizes that I had delivered). The fabric is different than expected - more of a wool/twill type look up close - but soft to touch - and definitely shines from a few feet away. This is an extremely interesting and unique dress - worth a try!!!

This dress fit like a glove (but not too tight!!). It is a deep navy blue in color, but can appear black in certain lighting. It was worn to a fundraiser and I received so many compliments on it. I personally love how the front of the dress is formal and classic, while the back of the dress adds a little sexiness. I'm looking forward to renting it again in the future - that's how much I loved it!!!

I fell in love with this dress and ordered it for a black-tie event, but it was too fancy (most people would be wearing short skirts). I'm 5'9" and tried a 6L and 8L. I usually wear a 8 comfortably. The 6 was way too tight. The 8 was even tight around the chest and since the dress is all sequins, it is heavy so all the weight was around my chest (which is "average" at best - doesn't hold much up). The sequins were rubbing under the arms as well. The length was just a bit too long (unless I wanted to wear 3 inch heels - which I don't wear). I think if I would have gotten one size up and regular length, it would have been perfect. I would still try it again in the future for an extremely fancy event!! Like I said before - it's an extremely gorgeous dress - just needs the right size and event to be perfect.

Seeing as how I'll definitely be using RTR on multiple occasions, this program is a MUST!! Matter of fact - the first rental wasn't perfect for me and I was able to get a second dress the next day (for an over night fee only) and the charge to return all 4 dresses (2 dresses - 2 back-up sizes) was already paid for….no worries for extra charges if something doesn't work.

Not too short, not too tight - Just perfect!!! It fit normal or a little snug across the shoulders but not the waste (which is what I was worried about). I went to a black tie event and saw many different RTR dresses (including mine on one other person) but it didn't matter because we ALL looked amazing!!! Four of us even got together for a group picture. This dress is comfy with a high end look!! Close up you can't see the design through all the sequins, but from a few feet away it looks like a gold palette!! Extremely impressed!! Can't wait for the next RTR worthy event!!
