Beware long spaces between buttons
This dress is really nice looking, but unfortunately the large space between the buttons and the construction of the dress (fabric along button line is quite stiff), any sitting/slouching and the dress tapes open between the buttons. Could potentially be solved by sizing up however I thought my typical size fit great with this exception, and the look of the dress is tailored so not sure it would still look good. If you're lucky enough to own a navy or black tight slip, that might work. Otherwise just stay standing up straight!

A tent, but a cute one
This is clearly a swing dress - it's not particularly flattering, but the details and print are cute. I grabbed a size up because it was available at the store and it was fine, although my typical size (8) would have looked better. I loved the lace and the star buttons

Love this top
I rented this work work, sizing up because I'm often afraid of button downs gaping at my chest (I'm an 8/full 34D and I got a large - but a medium would have worked). It was super cute! The ruffles are a nice touch. It's a bit more cropped than a typical button down but still appropriate for work.

This dress is nice - I wore to dinner and then to work the next day. Runs a little more true to size than some TB dresses - I'm a true 8 but occasionally find that Tory dresses can be small in the chest - not true of this one.

Be careful of the arm holes
I've rented this top before, and it's really pretty, but as other renters mentioned, the arm holes are gaping! Just be warned/prepared

I sized up to a 10 based on other reviews and wish I hadn't! I have a square torso/no real waist so I sometimes size up, but I still could have fit in an 8. In a size up it looked dumpy because of all of the fabric.

Cute top but wrinkles galore
Very cute top but gets super wrinkled. I took this picture halfway through the day and I had done a serious dream job first thing in the morning so I started off the day with no wrinkles! Still really nice, cute color, etc... just probably better for a day when you're not traveling or sitting down all day.

Couldn't lift my arms!
The fabric and colors are gorgeous, but the fit is odd. It was a small medium - it zipped but was very tight, especially in my chest. Would have been fine-ish, however because the fabric has no stretch and there is the layer that goes over the arms, I couldn't move my arms at all! I definitely have broad shoulders... so if you have broad shoulders or a larger bust I would size up.

Pretty but more orange than red!
Super feminine, pretty cut. Great look for a special date! Definitely low cut, I couldn't wear a bra, because I had way too much cleavage but there's enough shape to go without. The one thing that is definitely a call out is that it's more of a poppy orange than a true red - I usually don't wear orange so I didn't love the color as much as I would have.

Super super cute
I loved this too! I would recommend sizing down, I am a consistent size 8 with a full chest (if anything I size up), and it gaped a bit on me at the chest. I will definitely rent again

Stylish, swingy dress
This dress is really beautiful and well made. There is a lot of fabric, so it's not particularly flattering, but that's pretty clear even on the model/not really the point. Probably better for someone tall

Cool dress, but runs huge!
This dress is gorgeous, I love the print, the cut, even the little hanging piece (you could tuck it in if you don't)... but it runs really large. I am a true size 8, I even size up to 10 in some designers, and it was super large on me. I would have sized down at least 1 if not 2 sizes. That being said, it didn't stop me from wearing it... it just wasn't super flattering.

Be careful if you have a fuller chest
This is really cute, but it gaped hugely at the chest. I am a 34 D and a true size 8... I rarely have this problem. It wasn't even a tiny bit, it was hugely noticeable so I couldn't wear the dress at all.

Runs a size small... and it's more black than grey
This is a gorgeous dress, but it runs a size small. I had never rented a Carven dress before, but I'm a true 8 across the board. The 8 zipped, but was too tight all over to be comfortable, especially in the arms and shoulders, I couldn't lift my arms! - and the material is so structured that I had to size up. It's super cute though, so I returned the 8 and ordered a size up!
