I'm 5"3, size 10, bra size 36DD, and ordered a size 10R, which fit perfectly and I'd say it's true to size. I wore this dress for formal night on a cruise and got a LOT of compliments. The dress accentuates curves for a real "Hollywood" feel and the color makes you stand out in a crowd, but not in a loud/obnoxious way. 10 out of 10! Would rent again! I will say the straps were a little long for me personally (I'm borderline petite) so I kept having to pull/scootch the dress down my body to keep the straps somewhat on my shoulders all night. However, doing that also pulled the front down (obviously) and made my cleavage a LOT more prominent (I kept catching guys staring at my boobs all night which made me super uncomfortable... I could have done without that). If you're a bigger breasted woman and a little more conservative, you might want to think twice about renting this dress. A word to the wise, you'll probably want to get a bra with a deep "U" shape in between the ladies because this dress falls lower than you might think. Any other bra will probably show.
