I'm 5'7" and 150lbs at baseline, now 33 weeks pregnant, worn to wedding. Medium fit typically, but with my preggo hips and bust I went up a size. The one downside is the chest fit and seam was not well accommodated for pregnancy boobs, so the seam did not align well with my chest. Not noticeable to others but I was pulling down on the front of the dress all night as a result. Other than that, it was very comfortable, beautiful color, nice fabric, did not need spanx. Would definitely recommend.

I'm 5 1/2 mos pregnant and this dress is both flattering, but also comfortable and beautiful. The waist line was stretchy enough to accommodate my growing chest and waistline. I wear a 4 regularly so I didn't have to change dress sizes. I'm approximately 5'7" and I wore 3" wedges with this dress. The regular length was perfect; showed off my shoes just enough. The side slits were high enough for dancing without feeling restricted. The sleeves are loose, but not puffy and were breezy. The best part of it all was that I could wear my normal comfy supportive bra underneath and not have to do any tricky bra coverup work to match the bust fit.
