Classic and incrediby comfortable !
This is absolutely the most comfortable ballgown I've ever worn. The thick stretch fabric is fabulous for comfort. It's also classy and elegant in a very classic way. I got a size up for back up, and I do wish that I'd gone a size smaller instead. The neckline gaped in a strange way, and I think a size smaller would have laid flatter on my clavicle. But it was still beautiful, and perfect for a fancy gala with my co-workers.

Decadent skirt material, not overly flashy
This was a great choice for a fancier work event. The top is conservative enough, and the skirt is really, really pretty - and has pockets! I got a lot of compliments. The waist was definitely snug: I'm usually between a 10 and a 12, and I would have liked to have tried on the 12 just for a little more breathing room in the waist. But it didn't bother me for long, and it still looked good. The top stretches and the bottom flares, so I would size off your waist.

Gorgeous fabric, flattering silhouette, and pockets! Love it.
I usually wear a size 10, but at the last minute that wasn't available, so I'm lucky & surprised how well my backup size 8 fit. It felt pretty tight across my (36D) chest, but it looked good, and I was still comfortable enough to dance unrestricted. I was actually able to wear it twice: first at a cocktail event for work, and the next night dressed up with sparkly jewelry and fancier shoes for a more formal wedding. I got compliments at both. The shimmery dark color is really beautiful without being overly flashy. I was expecting it to be reddish maroon from the pictures, but in person it's more purple.

Gorgeous print, soft silky fabric
This dress is shorter than I usually feel comfortable in, but the flared skirt was flattering enough that I felt great. I absolutely loved this dress. I also found it to be true-to-size: My usual 10 fit perfectly, and my back-up size 12 was too loose in the shoulders.

Fun prints; great fabric; odd proportions
I loved the soft, silky fabric of this dress, and the mix of prints was great for a theatre opening, but the cut was not terribly flattering for me. My backup-size-up fit very comfortably in the chest and shoulders, but then the waist seam fell a couple inches above my natural waist, so it appeared to shorten my torso, and the skirt flare also added more volume over my tummy. I did get a few compliments, but I think it would have looked much better on my curves if the waist seam were dropped a couple inches lower.

Absolutely gorgeous, but doesn't come in large enough size
The leather in this dress is remarkably soft; I found it stunning and really wish that I could have worn it. But apparently it doesn't come any bigger than a size 8, and I'm generally a size 10 with a large chest. It was beautiful enough to be worth trying, but sadly I couldn't zip up the 8.

Classically elegant from the front, spectacularly sexy from the back
I absolutely love this dress! I was initially hesitant about renting a dress with which I couldn't wear a bra with any kind of back, because that's usually terribly uncomfortable with my 34DD chest. But the dress actually fit my curves well enough that it provided a surprising amount of support. I ended up not wearing a bra with it at all, and was fine for a 6-hour formal event including a small amount of dancing. The skirt also moves nicely.

Gorgeous color and embroidery, if the shoulder straps fit you -
I ended up not wearing this, as I had ordered it as an alternate and liked my other dress better. My main complaint was that the horizontal shoulder straps, which look so beautiful on the model and in other people's review photos, were too wide for my shoulders, so they looked floppier on me. I wish they had some stretch, so they would sit where they're supposed to and also allow you to move your arms. I did love the embroidery detailing, which doesn't show as visibly in the photos.

Unique, gorgeous and lots of fun
I felt glamorous and received a ton of compliments in this dress. It covers enough that I felt appropriate wearing it around my co-workers, but it's still very flirty and fun. I'm curvy and usually wear a size 10-12, so I was surprised how much extra room I had on top; it's too bad that there wasn't an 8 available on my event date to try on. But the shape flattered my curves even if it was a little large. The only reason I'm not giving this the full 5 stars is that, as careful as I tried to be, it did leave a trail of red feathers everywhere I went, especially when standing up or sitting down.

I received a lot of compliments for this classic-silhouette dress with a nice amount of sparkle.
My usual size fit well. I don't think it would have worked for dancing because the skirt was a bit constrictive around my thighs, but I was comfortable enough for a nice dinner party.
