I loved this dress! It was so beautiful and so flattering. The ruching is really flattering over the tummy area. It is flowy and the back is drop dead gorgeous. Things to be aware of: this dress has no give. I ordered up a size just in case but I found it fairly true to size. Bras?? It’s not supportive and it’s backless so I went braless. I would recommend some taping. For bustier folks, this might not be the right dress for you. It’s also VERY thin. I was pretty cold most of the evening (outdoor wedding in Pacific Northwest, idk what I was thinking). And finally it’s long. I am 5’6 (150 lbs) and it was trailing on the ground in my bare feet. I needed tall wedges to keep it off the ground. Overall I loved it! So many compliments and, and I wished I could have kept it!

Definitely size up ladies. I didn't because of vanity and I regretted it. I usually wear a size 8 or 10 but the medium (8/10) was too small in the arms. I made it work but it was pretty uncomfortable. There is definitely NO STRETCH. The dress however is gorgeous. It's a black velvet with burgundy sparkles. It's very form fitting but forgiving. You don't need undergarments. It's a little itchy because of the sparkles but worth it. I got tons of compliments. Bonus you don't need any jewelry as my husband said, you are the jewelry! Great rental experience as always and I will rent from RTR again but probably not this dress because of the weird fit especially in the arms.

I loved this dress! It was so fun to dance in and felt like the perfect compromise between a full length and a short dress for an event I wasn't sure of the formality. I wore it for a masquerade holiday party for work. You do need a backless bra due to the lace. I felt comfortable and beautiful all night long. The fabric is thick enough to hide most imperfections but thin enough that I didn't get overheated on a crowded dance floor. The size is very forgiving, the material has some stretch to it. Unfortunately I had just had surgery hence the mask.

Looked beautiful right out of the box. The fabric was stiff enough that the strapless held up fine and I felt snug and comfortable all night. The patterns in the fabric really made it look expensive. Such a nice dress!
