I normally wear an XL (FR42-44) and snagged this is a FR40 because it was too good to pass up. So glad I did because it works perfectly. It has a more fitted feel on me but I think if you went TTS it would be oversized. I get a ton of compliments and love that it's casual with a little flair. Will likely be holding onto this for a while.

I rented both the blazer and pants but ended up just wearing the blazer a few times. It was fun to dress up or down, and I definitely got good use of it! The fabric is really thick and more "rustic" than the pictures suggest. It runs large, especially compared to the pants, which run super small. I've noticed that fit on a bunch of MH things are like that - very large on top, very small in hips, which has helped to keep in mind when renting other pieces from her.

I ordered 2 sizes up since I knew these would have no stretch and they were so tight I couldn't sit! The fit seems way off and the crotch is super low, even with the waist all the up. Love the more inclusive sizing but these feel like a miss. Conversely, the jacket (which I ordered TTS) was huge.

The other reviews are spot on - this dress has a weird amount of fabric around the waist area. But I rented anyway and am so glad I did! I can not describe how much I love this dress. From the helpful pull on the zipper so you can zip it yourself to the pockets to the cute but edgy style, this is BY FAR my favorite rental ever. I will definitely rent it again and hopefully even buy it! FYI I wore with no bra and felt very held in, but if you have a larger chest and/or need a bra, you may run into issues with the edges of your bra showing in the corners of the square cut top. Definitely would recommend a strapless bra if needed.

The style and fabric of this dress were perfect for a rainy wedding in Big Sur. And it has pockets so I could store all my MOH supplies for the bride! I do feel it ran a bit smaller than I would expect but luckily I sized up just in case. The inner lining is tighter than the outer, and the zipper is tough on the waist seam. I had to pin the straps because they were way too long, but once that was set it was easy to wear and feel secure without a bra.
