I didn’t expect this dress to be so casual. Based on the photos, I thought it would feel a bit more dressy, but that wasn’t quite the case. If I had read the details instead of just going off the image, I would have known! I also prefer the ruffle when it lays flat.

Good fit, nice color
I don’t wear a lot of brown, but this particular shade was really pretty. I also normally avoid bubble hem dresses, but I decided to give this one a try because of the length, and I’m glad I did. The bubble hem added a nice amount of volume and made the dress feel fun without being too much.

I sized down based on other reviews, and it was still obnoxiously big. It runs very wide. I wore it tucked in, and the amount of extra material I had to deal with was ridiculous. I took it off the second I got home. Too bad the cut is off because it is really cute.

Cute but...
I really liked the look of this dress, but I found myself constantly adjusting it. The top is meant to be oversized, so it tended to shift, and the wrap-style skirt meant I had to make sure the flap stayed closed when sitting. It’s really cute, but I don’t think I’ll be renting it again.
