A tad snug as a dress
Ended up wearing it as a cardigan and received several compliments. As a dress it was snug and too low cut for work.

The size was fine everywhere except in the chest and the cutouts. I think it requires smaller breasts and a longer torso to achieve the fit. Returning it without wearing it.
