Too large and cartoonish
I couldn't wear this out of the house. It was too big and looked like a pirate costume on me.

Pockets are weird; pants aren't lined
The lack of lining did not make my butt look good. Also, the pockets are too short or shallow; the pocket lining kept sticking out. The color is pretty but the fit is not good.

Fun to dance in
Fun dress to dance in. You will need a backless bra (I didn’t realize before renting). I think the ruching looks a little strange in the front but it was still a fun wear. I’m between a 2-4 and I was happy with the 4 given the adjustable straps.

You need a LONG torso
I’m 5’7” and this dress was too big on me in the midsection. The torso is just oddly really long! I never wore it because it looked really strange at the top on me. Kept riding up under my arms!

I got so many compliments on this dress! I’m between a 2 and a 4, and I went with the 2. Glad I did. The top is very roomy.

Size 4 fits like a size 8
The sizing on these is way off. I got a size 4 (Club Monaco pants in size 4 are a generally little loose on me, but still fit) and these pants wouldn’t even stay up. They seemed like a size 8, honestly. Disappointed because I also rented the blazer in a 4 (blazer fits fine!) and now I can’t wear them as a set.
