The dress is amazing -- flattering and sexy while also conservative/professional.
Absolutely MUST order one size down. The belt is not adjustable so you cannot tighten it at all. It is so comfortable, I received many compliments on it, but if I rented again I would go a full size down. You will also need seamless undergarments.
