this was a very flattering dress. the material on the bodice is quite thick, so it definitely helped hide imperfections. i found it could be worn either on or off the shoulder quite easily which made it possible to wear a regular bra.

I was very disappointed with this dress and did not end up wearing it. The fabric looks much more refined in the photo. It is really more like a silk shantung and the embroidery is not delicate but quite raised. The fit was also quite odd: It was tight through the bust, loose around the waist and fitted through the hip.
