The dress got endless compliments and was the perfect complement to my boyfriend who was a groomsman
Fit was ideal, a true UK 10 which is a 4/6 I believe. Was perfectly snug on the chest and hung lightly on the waist. I would say if you have a larger chest order your second size up because the fabric will yield "back fat" around your bra area if it is too tight.
