Switch without notification
Received the blue bag of n the porch and when I opened it up, there was a dress that I did not order. Keep in mind that this was not a last minute order, but one that was placed months in advance. The replacement dress looked nothing like what I ordered and there was no time to get additional dress for the formal affair that I had scheduled
