Probably could have gotten away with the 8...
I normally wear a size 2 (ish) and based on reviews, decided to size up and order a 6 and a 10 because the 8 wasn't available. The 6 would not fully zip up around the bust, and the 10 was a bit roomier. Size 8 probably would have been a perfect fit, but the 10 was comfy for a night of eating, drinking, and dancing. There is structure to the top so it does not fall down and you don't need to constantly be pulling it up. This dress was stunning in person and I loved wearing it!

Loved this dress!
I wore this dress for my bridal shower. I normally wear a size 2 dress and ordered both the 4 and 6. The 6 fit much better in the ribcage area. Perfect and unique for bridal events!

This dress was true to size for me. Beautiful fabric and the length was perfect for me. I was able to wear a regular strapless bra with this dress.
