I felt special and received a lot of compliments.
It's very full but that somehow just made it feel glamorous. The feather trim is absolutely fabulous and the fit is very secure -- no worries about straps falling down or wardrobe malfunctions. Also, the material is extremely comfortable so you can feel like yourself, only better.

It's a great dress -- unusual, perhaps even a bit showy, but not at all flashy.
My 'standard' bra didn't work well -- straps showed in the back. I didn't bring tape with me, which would have easily solved it. I went bra-less and that worked okay, too.

Sadly, I had to return the dress.
Although beautiful, the fabric has no give. The 4 was too snug and simply looked too tight (it bunched at the hips) and the 6 was too loose - the straps gaped. If I were 3 lbs lighter, the 4 would have been perfect. Bring on the salads.
