I'd been dying to wear this dress for a year and it dien't disappoint!
This dress is incredible. The embroidery is beautiful and colors are vibrant but classy. Before renting this dress I was a little worried about the peplum look. I have a thick bottom half and thought it might accentuate that but boy was I wrong. Just such a great dress all around. If you've got a booty and smaller upper half this is the perfect dress for you. Also, as folks have mentioned with the straps slipping. As a taller woman this wasn't too much of an issue as most of the slack was out of the straps to begin with so it didnt bother me a bit. Rent this dress now!

Easy-Peasy. It gets the job done.
I was on the hunt for a last minute Gatsby NYE Dress. This dress is very much what you see is what you get. No hidden quirks about it. If you're uncomfortable accessorizing, this is the perfect dress for you bc you don't have to add anything at all for it to be a great "complete" look. It was stretchy enough to fit snugly but not uncomfortably. The sequins were beautiful... it's made of quality material so the sequins do not look cheap/trashy. Only thing that might be a downfall is the length. I ordered the 6L, I'm 5'8 and the dress barely swept the floor while I was in flats. If you're set on wearing heels, this might not be the dress for you. Otherwise, I highly recommend!

Perfect for a NYE wedding!
Great dress, photographed beautifully, very compfortable thick material. I think this dress would look bangin' on any body type. The material is thick but stretchy and sequins are beautiful and well made, not cheap looking at all! If you're looking for a major eye catcher with a bit of class, this is your dress!

Classic little black dress
I wore this out for my birthday dinner with by boyfriend in Chicago. It was a pretty classic black dress, it was definitely a head turner but not in a flashy way. I wore the 6R. The 8R. was too big. I did wear spanx but could have gone without. The thick material is forgiving, I have thighs and a donk and the cut was fine, not unflattering at all. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a classy but sexy little black get up!

Great Birthday Dress!
This dress photographs beautifully. I am 5'8, 150lbs, hourglass shape but I think this dress could fit just about any body type, the sparkles and the thick material is VERY forgiving and detracts from any flaw you think you might have ;P I wore a large it fit great, I didn't even try on the Medium, the dress was comfortable, not scratchy at all. Overall, would HIGHLY recommend for a fun night out!

Very Pretty!
I almost gave this dress 4 stars but honestly, it's beautiful- as long as you know what you're getting yourself into. In designer dresses I'm a consistent 6. The Medium was very tight and lining was short.. So I tried on my backup large and not kidding, the lining was SHORTER, borderline unwearable, couldn't sit or bendover at all without showing something. So I wore the Medium and besides me feeling a little revealed, it was stunning. So as long as you know you're getting a very sexy dress with a fairly short lining (if youre tall)... I'd say ORDER AWAY! The lace is beautiful, the color is beautiful, the dress is sexy as hell, overall a really great dress!

The dress fit like a glove!
The fabric of this dress is very forgiving, it stretches just enough to make the dress look like it was made for you but is thin enough that it doesn't look like the fabric is struggling. I have thighs and a booty, I wore spanx but the peplum plus the little flare at the bottom made the dress very flattering. I ordered the 6L and the 8L. I only tried on the 6L because it fit perfectly. After reading prior reviews I was planning on wearing some massive 4'/4'5 inch heels but the dress wasn't long enough (I'm not actually positive I received the 6L instead of the 6) but I wore 2'5 inch heels and they worked perfectly. Also I was able to wear a regular bra which was nice.. had a little trouble with it showing at moments bc the back is just low enough that you sort of have to be aware of it but I danced the night away. All and all a wonderful dress and a wonderful experience with rent the runway! Very painless. Looking forward to renting again!
