Good idea but wierd fit
I liked the concept, but the sides were too low and the bust line suffered. Might work better with small busted wearers.

Perfect fit cold winter days
I surwoe this to death. With a recent cold snap it was great timing and I got tons of compliments. I think it's better if you are tall ( I am 5'6" and have big shoulders) or it might overwhelm you.

This top is cuter than its picture.
I had to return this top, because i am long-waisted and the ruffles just hit wrong. But i strongly recommend it to anyone with a normal waistline. It is much cuter in person than in the photo. Bow in back is adorable. The cotton is great quality and the ruffles stand away from the body, not floppy.I returned it sadly, wishing I had a different body.

Everything that everyone said was wrong about this dress worked for me. I have very broad shoulders and am long-waisted. I can't wear most dresses that have waists because they all sit up on my rib cage. Fun and young looking without being too extreme for work. Bell sleeves are adorable, but no so long they get in your way or your food.
