great but...
this is a great summer work dress (assuming you can wear sleeveless in the office) but the top part will bunch if your torso is short

Super cute vest that got a lot of attention and compliments from co-workers (men and women) - wore with a preppy blue Ralph Lauren button down with white collar and cuffs, and black pin-striped Boss pants, and black patent leather Prada loafers (all RTR except the shoes).

comfortable and professional
This is a great dress - I wore it with tall black Veronica Beard boots. There is a slit on the side, but fine for work if you wear black tights/hose. Very warm and comfortable.

These pants came with tags still on and fit me perfectly. I'm short-waisted with long legs. Great option for work - kind of flowy and very comfortable. Better for warmer weather, as the fabric is pretty light-weight.

Great sweater with jeans - a preppy basic but with cute colors to make it more interesting. Fit well, if a little short. Fabric is lightweight, but warm. Not itchy at all. Wore with wide-legged jeans and loafers.

Super cute sweater but a little too short, even for short-waisted me. Just be aware that it will be very cropped for RTRers with normal and/or long torsos. Otherwise, comfortable and flattering.
