Fit really well along the breasts and neck. As others have mentioned, it is long. I wore 3-4 inch wedges and it just cleared the floor. Also, it is not too breathable… we sat in the Hawaii sun for the ceremony and I hiked the dress up to my thighs to get some breezes! Otherwise it was fantastic!

I ordered a 6 with a 4 for backup since they didn't have a size larger. Fortunately the 6 fit perfectly. I did wear it with a strapless bra, but just know that my strap fell just below the top of the dress - by maybe 1/4th of an inch. Also, my only complaint was that the neck straps have no give to them at all. I don't have huge shoulders or a large neck, but the straps did leave impressions in my neck and I kept wanting it a little larger around. Otherwise, I loved this dress and felt very comfortable in it!
