The length was perfect---didn't feel like I was showing too much. The material was nice and thick and comfortable. The blue against the black was very pretty. Even though I was dressed up, I didn't feel uncomfortable in the dress, which is something that can happen a lot.

For the second time this winter, plans were ruined due to bad weather. So, I couldn't wear this dress out! But, I did try both the XS and S on and thought it was a GREAT dress. I really liked how the XS fit the bottom half, but the S made it more comfortable in the top area. I do think the top area might be slightly small. If I have a reason to rent this one again, I would definitely get both sizes and go from there again, as I could have worn both. I also love that, with this Herve, I don't feel like I'm too much on display---the little flair at the bottom makes it a little more conservative, but definitely an eye catcher! I hope he makes more dresses like this one!

I didn't end up wearing this dress. It was a very cute dress---good for a party. However, the material didn't look as good because of so many wears. I think it's just the material that frays more after so many wears. It was wearable, but it didn't have as much of a "clean" look like the picture showed. There was also a hole in it--RTR fixed that issue with me.

Well, this was a dress I rented because the one that I had set up was unavailable (it came back ruined). So, I probably made a quick decision. While this dress is very cute, it did nothing for me. I think, generally, prints aren't good for shorter people and wearing this just exhibits that thought. The dress, itself, is very cute--great material, pretty colors, etc. It's a good dress--just not for me. I wouldn't recommend to anyone under 5'6". Also, some people thought the dress was "forgiving" because it had some stretch. Yes, it does have stretch, but I wouldn't considering it "forgiving." The material is thin (which made it great for a summer rental), and hides nothing. So, if you are worried about some trouble spots, I would find another dress to rent. So, those are the caveats. Like I said, it really is a good dress-----such pretty colors, great material, cut, and so forth. I wish it looked good on me!

I was actually really nervous about getting this dress after hearing about how small the sleeves were. I have muscle tone---not "skinny" arms. But, I was able to still wear the size I typically wear in my dress rentals. However, the sleeves were tight---there is a little stretch to them, but not much. Like I said, I was still able to wear my typical dress size though. It's a flattering dress---great color, style, fabric, etc. I don't think it's the right dress for my height (petite), but it still looked cute. So, I would agree with others when they say it might go best with taller girls.

Fun dress!!! Be careful with the hips though---it runs narrow in the hips. I could have worn the 2, but my husband said the 0 looked better because the 2 was loose everywhere else. Order up, for sure! It was, generally, comfortable. And, I liked that I could wear this dress more "low key" than other dresses I've rented.

The positives: made well, pretty color, nice material. Cons: wrap dresses are a pain. This is my first experience with a wrap dress and I don't think I will ever wear one again. I was constantly worried that the top part was exposing me, and sometimes it was. Never again---it made it hard to pay attention to everything else. If you like wrap dresses, this was pretty---great color and so forth. If I had fashion tape (I couldn't find mine!), it may not have been an issue.

On me, the dress was just above my knees. And, I loved how it just flowed---didn't need to worry about it being too tight or too short. It was just easy. I couldn't wear this dress because there was a stain on it....oh well. The girl I talked to took care of it and I'm pleased with the outcome. Luckily, it was only a dress I planned to wear for my birthday---not an important event. The colors are gorgeous and the design is awesome.......fatal flaw....WAY TOO SHORT. I'm 5 ft. 3 in. and it was still something I wasn't entirely comfortable wearing because of the length. I would have worn it had the stain not been there, but I bet I would have been nervous the entire night. I also agree with another reviewer---the top seems to be looser than normal for Herve dresses.

I really liked this necklace with the Orange Peel Dress I rented. It looked great! And, I liked the rental fee!

I LOVED this dress. It is made well, has gorgeous color, and so forth. My only caveat is that I thought the top of the dress was especially narrow. I loved how the 0 fit throughout most of the dress, but it pinched my skin at the top---under the arms and back. So, I wore the 2. I would definitely re-rent went I tone up my back more. :)

I liked how it looked in front, but didn't like how it looked in the back. So, I didn't wear it. The back was loose and I felt like I would have been flashing someone had I worn it. I don't have a large behind, but do think it's meant for those for particularly "small" or "flatter" behinds.

I LOVE THIS DRESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish I owned it. It was fun and everyone loved it! Be careful if you are busty though, as it is very narrow at the top. As far as fit---I feel like the top might be more of a "0" than a "2". However, generally, I would say true to size.

First, I have to say that the color is awesome! However, I couldn't wear it; it looked awful on me. I don't know if has to do with my height or what. But, I looked like a poof ball. Maybe too much material? I am sending it back for a merchandise credit. Luckily, this is the first time I didn't love a dress! I've been renting for over a year and have been extremely satisfied. I guess this happens once in a while!

This dress was GREAT! I wore it for a Baptism and thought it was a nice dress for it. Of course, this dress would be nice for a lot of different events. In addition to the fact it is a cute dress, it was quite comfortable. It does come low, but wasn't an issue to me because my bust size is so small. I received some nice compliments on it, as well :) One caveat---the arm holes are small. It was a little tight, but I did get used to it.

I am normally a size 2 and wore the 0. I will say that because of my bust size, there are times when I do have to wear a size 0 for a dress. But, I still have a feeling this dress might run a little large. I wore this to my brother's graduation, and it was a perfect choice! It was so elegant, but also simple for such an event. I thought it fit well, and thought it was comfortable, too. I didn't have any problems with it--some other reviewers did, but didn't have any. My family thought it looked really nice! I rented this and absolutely loved it. I thought it fit well--I will say the hips run a little narrow. Other than that, it was perfect. This is one I wish I owned. I didn't realize that the dress had a dark navy blue (thought it was black when I saw it from the picture) on top and through out the skirt. The mix of colors on the skirt looked beautiful and loved how the top shows off the arms.

I really loved this dress. But, I had to "jimmy" the straps in the back in order to wear it. The straps make the front drop WAY too low. It's also really short---be careful when you sit down and get up. I'm short and thought it would be a little longer than it was. I really like this dress, even with the straps issue. I think it's a great, pretty, casual dress.

I rented this dress for a wedding, and what a perfect dress to wear to such an event. It was comfortable and flattering. I will say the last dress I rented was actually was more comfortable (Nicole Miller's lace dress---loved this dress), but I really enjoyed this dress, as well. I also like that the top looked great even though I am extremely small busted---a problem in some dresses. I usually wear a 2, but since I've been losing weight I think I'm mostly ending up in 0 sized dresses. So, I do think the dress is "true to size" even though I wore the 0 dress size. I definitely recommend this one!

I LOVE THIS DRESS!!! It was comfortable and looked great! I was told by one that I was the "hottest" girl there (it's amazing what a good dress can do!). Five people asked me where I found the dress.
