There's not a lot to add — just look at the photo. They are exactly as they seem, and my only advice is to offset those colors with a jewel-toned dress, so they the seafoam green and navy blue really pop.

For me, the twist-knot neckline just didn't work or do anything remotely flattering for me. I think the person that should wear this should have a shorter neckline-torso ratio/proportion so it doesn't feel giraffe-y on top. The print is beautiful and I think I would wear this to a Summer clam bake or something a little more laid-back.

Normally, I steer clear of the one-shouldered look, but the waist-tie detail and asymmetrical ruffle front provided enough intrigue away from the neckline that I was game to try it. And I'm glad I did. It's one of the most gorgeous party dresses I've ever worn, and with a coral-undertone shade of red, it's super flattering in the color department too. The only thing that annoyed me (and it didn't really annoy me all that much) was the sash, which I had to tighten ever so often throughout the night.

The fit was a bit interesting. I'm tall, so it's really a gamble for exactly how short dresses will be on me, and this one was definitely on the shorter side. I couldn't go a size up, though, because the bodice didn't reflect the shortness of the hem. I.e. If I had opted for the size 4 (and length), it wouldn't have fit up top. I also think the the ruffles on the sweetheart bodice, while cute in theory, felt a little off-kilter instead of "asymmetrical."

Hits right in the middle of your chest (halfway down) so better worn with strapless (sweetheart neckline best) silhouette.
