So comfortable!
I rented the Large and Medium and went with the medium - it definitely runs big and long. The tie straps make it adjustable for larger busts as needed, but I do not recommend for extra large cups with the empire waist. I needed 3” heels for the length at 5’8”. The straps do slip and knots can come undone because of the material- but with some finagling it stayed just fine. It is a heavy windbreaker-like taffeta material- so it makes a little noise/swishy sounds with walking. All that to say- what a stunner! I loved it! It was perfect for a formal wedding.

Even though it is smocked, the fabric has ZERO give anywhere else. The arm holes were so tight. Size up for muscles.

PERFECT SUMMER PARTY
I got the 8 and 10 as back up, I wear an 8 in nearly everything but I'm glad I listened to reviews and got the 10. The 10 fit great, short but not inappropriate, even for my long legs. The back was super sexy and it was loose enough in mid section to be very comfortable all night (I even bowled in it! haha). I didn't wear a bra and had no issue with side boob. The size discrepancy between the 8 and 10 was ridiculous though. The size 8 was 4+ inches shorter than the 10 and I could barely get it over my head, let alone zipped. SIZE UP!

FABRIC IS EVERYTHING
The color and fabric were SO luxurious and it was perfect for an intimate February wedding. Fit a little loose, I was glad I got the 6-- usually a size 8 in most things. Sleeves are VERY full and the bands around the upper arm before the bell sleeves does not stretch. I'm an athletic body type so they were a snug on muscular arms but not uncomfortable.
