No need to size up on top
I sized up on the top based on the skirt size and it was too large. No need to size up on the top unless you are busty

I normally wear an 8 on top (B cup so small) and I couldn't even get the size 10 zipped up over my rib cage. It doesn't just run small it runs tiny

Way too high waisted for me
Cute pant and great quality but the length between the waist and crotch just didn't work on me. I tried but I have a good two inches below my crotch and they were close to touching my bra. I'm pretty average on height and not considered short waisted so if you are these would be hard to fit. Too bad style is adorable.

Beautiful blouse - worth the price for the details
Beautiful blouse. The details are very flattering - rented it for Christmas season but would wear it throughout the fall/winter now that I've seen it on. I am small on top so the size was not a problem but I see what others are saying about small armholes. Size up if you are bustier.

Nice dress
Its a pretty dress but nothing really special. It also came very wrinkled and the hem was flipped up so I had to iron it. It runs heavy in the hips with the big pockets so if you are sensitive there this isn't the dress for you. Overall a good everyday dress but wow, way overpriced.
