Worked for a 70's party
I'm always a size 8 but was glad I ordered the 10. I'm 5'7 and needed the long which was not available. Had to wear with flats, but I ordered at the very last minute, so that's on me. Looked pretty, was very flattering. Tons of compliments!

Happy colorful dress, loved the cut outs which looked sexy but not over the top.
I am a true 8 and that was the better fit between the 6 and a 8, though it was a hair large in the hips. The material was not flimsy and the dress with figure flattering.

Waaaay shinier in person...I would have upstaged the guest of honor.
I found this dress to be very unflattering. I am a slim 8 and sometimes 6, 5'7, narrow hips flat stomach. Made me look a good 10lbs heavier. Even if it had been right for the occasion I would not have worn it.

This dress fit me like a glove. I think its better suited to woman who have straight or hourglass figures with narrow hips.

This dress runs SMALL. I wear a 6 sometimes an 8 for the bust. Fortunately RTR's great customer service was able to get me the 10 before my event. Great dress. Wish I could own it.

I needed this for a party that had a tropical theme. Was elegant and not cheesy :)
I'm glad I ordered the 6 for back up. It was just a bit tighter and fit like a glove. Often size 6 will shmush my chest, but this didn't and fit better through the hips. I'm in the fashion biz and was unfamiliar with this Gabriela Cadena. Couldn't be happier with the rental price, considering the retail. Will look to wear this designer again.

This is a beautiful chiffon gown. The color is brighter and richer than pictured, but a very flattering shade of purple. I am usually and 8 because I'm busty. The 8, with all of the ruching made me look a size larger than I am. I was delighted that the 6 fit, since it was much more flattering with less fabric. I was shocked how long this gown was. It never occurred to me to order a regular length...I'm 5'7 and was wearing 4' Jimmy Choo Nova's which have a small platform. I had to very, very careful not to trip on steps, getting in and out of the car, or up from the table. Otherwise, it looked fabulous and I felt elegant in it.

My first rtr disappointment.
I am 5'7 and the size 8 was several inches above my knee in a "no where" category that was not flattering or chic. There is a ton of material in this dress, so it added about 10lbs to me visually. If you have a tummy to hide, and great legs, it could potentially be a good dress. Others mentioned the sequins as being irritating. They were for me as well. Even if it was a better fit, I couldnt have worn it for that reason.

It's a chic dress. I liked the asymetrical neck line and the black sheer panel was pretty.
Runs very small. I am never a size 10 in anything. If I hadn't read the reviews and size up for the back up, I would not have been able to wear it.

I wore this to Fashion Week with an ostrich shrug and black boots. The shade of blue is gorgeous. Would be universally flattering. The large was not available for back up. I could wear the medium by using the closures higher up than my hips. It was therefore shorter, but fine with opagues.

I wore this to NYFW one day to the shows. This dress is better suited to someone who has a bit of thighs and tush to hide. I have straight hips and I thought the pleats added about 8lbs that I dont have! The fabric sash is very high waisted and does not really lay flat.
