Glad I Sized Down
Was worried that a M would be too small, but it was perfect. The top is stretchy and the bottom is spacious. Lots of fabric and very comfy. The straps slip, and I wish they were removable, but they are sewed in despite looking like they were originally removable. Steamed twice, but the fabric wrinkles very easily (wrinkled after putting on shoes). Wore to a wedding welcome party and got several compliments. Remember to fluff up the top of the sleeves :)

Solid Choice
Wore for 2 year anniversary date night. Overall liked the dress. Fit true to size and the straps weren’t difficult at all. Fairly comfortable and pretty. Can’t really wear a bra, so I felt a little bottom-heavy, but still felt pretty overall.

Straps are the bane of my existence
The straps are so smooth that they would not stay tied. I spent hours trying to make this dress work. Was very creative in tying knots and eventually got it to be tolerable. However, the dress also wrinkles if you look at it the wrong way. I spent awhile steaming it after getting the knots right, only for the entire dress to re-wrinkle just after bending down to pick up my shoes (pictured here). Really wanted to love this and wear it to my friend’s wedding, but decided to wear something else instead since this wasn’t worth the effort. The only pros were that the fabric was pretty and the dress was true to size.

Pretty Good Overall
Got many compliments and enjoyed wearing this overall. However, the lining in the bust poked through at the top and bottom of each side. I put bandaids on the bottom of the corset region, but it still poked through and was painful. Ended up wearing a tube top underneath so it wouldn’t stab me all night. It still stabbed me in the top, but not as bad. Only needed to pull the jumpsuit up while dancing. Also, it was a little tight in the butt, and I’m only moderately endowed. Might be too tight there if you’ve got a bigger booty.

FELL IN LOVE WITH THE DRESS
Absolute stunner. I wore this to a wedding with a formal garden party theme. I felt so stunning in this dress and received so many compliments. It was so fun feeling like a princess. There were also endless opportunities for beautiful photos. This experience made me love selkie dresses, & I’m trying to get my hands on another one. I just wish RTR had more long selkie dresses so I can wear them to other formal weddings! Overall, the chest was a little tight for me in the L, but I recently gained some weight. It’s probably true to size. Other than the chest, the rest of the dress was not constrictive.
