I am a 31 in most brands, sometimes the 31 is loose on me. I could barely pull these over my thighs and when I did there were about 6 inches open at the waist (i.e. impossible to close)

I’m 5’6, 180lbs with a long torso and bit of a belly from having a baby. I felt super chic in this dress - the high neck and print are cool. The only downside is it’s very short, so you’d have to wear with bike shorts underneath BUT I think that would be a cool look. Could also be perfect with tights if going out on a chilly evening.
