I didn't wear this dress. This dress was sent when my original style wasn't available (my third choice of replacements). The pattern was a little matronly for my taste but I still would have worn it if it had fit. Length was fine. LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS: this runs small in the bust! I usually wear a 12 or 14, but size 16 in this dress wasn't even close. I was so confused that I decided to measure the dress across the bust (around 20") and look at Thakoon's size chart to see if this dress was an outlier or if all their dresses ran small. The measurements align with their size chart, but their size chart is similar to 'designer' sizing (where you have to go up two sizes) rather than street sizes. Even given that, I doubt this dress would fit, even if you did go up two sizes, if you have an average bust for your dress size. This dress might (only) be a good option for those who have a small bust and/or larger midsection compared to their bust.

I didn't wear this dress, as it didn't fit, but it is nice and I'd consider renting it in the future (in the next size up). This was an alternate option sent when the other Hutch wrap dress I ordered in XLR wasn't available. XLR is supposed to be equivalent to a size 14 but I'd say it was more similar to a size 10/12 and recommend sizing up. I ended up wearing the XXLR in the other style which fit well. On the model, it's a below-the-knee style, but it hit my lower calf, so if you're shorter than I am, the length might look weird. The fabric was soft and sturdy and the dress was lined. The style is very flattering and the sleeves were fun. It did take a while to steam it but it was high-quality and well-made. It would be a great option for a casual summer wedding, date, or on vacation.

Absolutely loved this dress! Because it's a wrap dress, it's super versatile when it comes to fit, which allowed me to determine how much cleavage to show (or not) and how tight around my waist. This was perfect for me as I have a larger bust compared to my waist and generally can't wear a standard size without tailoring. I wore my backup size (XXLR). I'd planned on wearing the XLR, but it didn't get returned on time from the last person, so they sent me a different Hutch wrap dress in XLR (which wasn't close to fitting), so assuming the sizing is consistent across Hutch wrap dresses, I'd say this dress runs small. The length was perfect for me in 2" heels. The dress was flattering, well-made, stayed in place, and got lots of compliments. The fabric was nice and lightweight (does require steaming, of course) and it was lined. I felt comfortable during a cool outdoor ceremony as well as dancing all night indoors. Highly recommend this dress, especially to others who have a larger bust or are tricky to fit!
