It is a great dress, with bright vivid colors. Size up.
The Material does not have any stretch to it, so size accordingly. I personally struggle with societal standards of where my torso should be, so I shouldn't have picked a fit and flare dress. If it had fit me better and my waist were where it should be, I would have loved it.

SO many compliments on these pants. They are as comfortable as pajamas but can be dressed up.
These pants provide just the right amount of stretch without getting saggy. The pockets are actual pockets, you can put stuff in them!
