Pros: the quality of the fabric (silk), the details, the design. It seems see through initially but you can't really tell from the distance. You can dress it up or down quite easily. Cons: the only con is that it runs a bit large. Depending on how you want to wear it, I would say pick your regular size or size down.

The big sleeves and the neck are great. It might seem a little baggy at the beginning, but if you wear a tight tank top/shirt below it looks pretty great. Super comfortable and warm as well.

Great details (sleeves have lace) and the quality is very good, but the dress runs big. I am usually and XS, but this dress was so big I could not even make it work by using a belt. Perhaps if you are tall it works better.

I am not sure the dress runs small or TTS. I did size up because of the reviews (and because my usual size was not available!), and it fit just a bit lose on the torso, but not in a way that you could tell I was not wearing my usual size 0. Bottom line, I think the dress would have looked good in any of those 2 sizes, so the difference between them must not be that big.
