Perfect!
This was my mother of the bride dress and it was perfect in every way. I loved the detail on the fabric, the unique back, and the way it was shorter in the front and longer in back... perfect for being right on the edge of a petite height as most dresses I tried were too long. This is definitely for smaller busts and shoulders and went over my not-so-small hips beautifully!

The most stunning dress!
This was one of three finalists for my mother-of-the bride dress. If it came in petite, I might have chosen it, but it was sooooo long on me! Also, my other daughter said there was a chance I would outshine the bride in this dress, so I chose a slightly less fancy one with a better length. But other than the length, this was perfect in every way and I felt amazing. Easy to zip up, incredibly comfortable (with pockets), not too low cut for my smaller breasts and shoulders, and covered my bigger hips beautifully. I would love another opportunity to wear this dress sometimes. The photo doesn't do it justice (especially with a swash of sunlight hitting me in the middle) but this is an amazing dress! If I ever grow three or four inches, I'll be back for it!

This is the most beautiful fabric!
This was one of three finalists for my mother of the bride dress. It was such a hard decision because I felt so beautiful in this dress! I ended up going with a different one that was a better length on me since this one was dragging the floor a bit. But other than that, it was the most amazing thing I've ever put on. This photo in my bedroom doesn't do justice to the incredible color of the blue, shimmery flowers. As other reviewers have said, you feel like you will break the zipper trying to get it over the middle lumps of heavy fabric, but once it's up, it's perfect. It is definitely tight with no give on the top, but it worked for me as I am much smaller in the chest and shoulders than the hips (which this covered beautifully). If I ever have another special occasion, I will be back for this dress!

Didn't wear this one
I love the material on this dress, but just don't think it's the right cut for me. First I got the 8, which was HUGE on me, so this time I ordered the 6 and it mostly fit, although the shoulders kept slipping down. Probably would look great on someone with bigger breasts and broader shoulders, but it just made me look dumpy and wide around the middle. It's an absolutely beautiful dress on the hanger.
