It was the perfect dress for the fiesta themed party I went to!
The waist sits a little high (more on my ribcage than on my actual waist) that was the only thing though. The length was perfect. I had been worried from other reviews. Also it does not fly up in the wind, which is ideal for outdoors.

Pretty, but a little too loose/heavy on the bottom
It was a pretty dress, especially the color, which is true to the photo. I will say it had a little too much fabric for a petite woman like me. I was looking for something a little more breezy.
