This dress fit me well, however I did not feel that it was flattering. The material is sort of like swimsuit material and is unlined. The neck line is awkwardly gathered at the hem. My waist appeared somewhat larger than it really is. I usually like the tea length, but this made me look dowdy.

I wore this to a resident physician graduation. This dress is a show stopper. It is unlined and the material is somewhat thin (but pretty stretchy), so Spanx were a must for me. It gave me curves I don't have. People literally stared at me. I am petite and so I really don't wear patterns very often, for fear of overwhelming my stature. This pattern is pretty understated and does not feel "busy." I think the pattern further flatters one's figure. I like the neckline and length combined with how form fitting it is - it's sexy without feeling suggestive.

I rented this dress for a funeral and it was perfect. The material is light weight, almost gauzy - but its double layered. I would label it conservative but modern. It is quite slimming even though it isn't super form fitting. The effect is smashing without screaming "look at me." It's tea length (which is always longer on me but still shows my ankles) and this looks good with nude open toed heels. A High heel is a must, as is red lipstick to finish the look.
