Cute and flowy
Works well for Petites because of the high low hem. On me, the back almost touches the ground. Be aware the skirt portion is very wrap style, no-slip so if that concerns you, you should wear a slip or shorts underneath. The fabric is nice and light but textured so not much worry about wrinkles. The waistband is stretchy so it can accommodate a little wiggle room in sizing. The top does gap on my bust, and I feel like all dresses like this in the top should have an extra snap. It gaped down to the bottom of my bra! The sleeves are nice if you aren't always a fan of complete sleeves but still want to stay cool. I do wish they hadn't continued the flutter under the armpit though, that's a little odd. Other than that I love this dress. Not sure how I feel about the overall retail price for this so I doubt I would have bought it otherwise.

Useful bag
I really like this bag. The pebbled leather makes it easy to use without worrying about it looked damaged or getting scuffed up. At first, it looked small but it carries more than out think. I love the outside large zipper and that you can wear the strap super long or slightly shorter.

Comfortable but cute dress.
Cute dress for work. At first, I was apprehensive about the sleeves, but the details are subtle enough. Fit nice through the bust, tight enough but not strangling (and I have a very large bust). This was also a nice length for me since I am 5-2, I feel like it would be fairly short on someone taller. It felt comfortable yet polished, I love the material, light but substantial.
