Small waist, meh.
I usually wear a size 25/2 but got this in a 4 due to availability. It was very tight on the waist and the zipper kept getting stuck at a seam. Didn’t end up wearing.

Elastic waistband PLUS a zipper. Groundbreaking! Why don't other designers do this?? The fabric is a bit thin as others noted but since the skirt isn't tight it didn't make a difference. I wore shorts under because if I don't my legs will catch fire from rubbing so it was fine. Has a subtle pleat and wrinkles *sort of* easy. I did steam it upon arrival to get the big creases out but it just wrinkled again when I sat down. Didn't bother me. I'm typically a 6 but sized up just in case, was perfect

Meh. Worked in a pinch.
Went to RTR SF store the day before a gala I volunteered at. I liked this dress, but felt the crepe shell was a little baggy. No small available. I pinned the inside at my waist to cinch it a little. I sat for a lot of the evening and it wrinkled a ton. Also stretched out a lot. There is a slit in the back center that goes very high so my spanx kept showing. Lastly, for some reason the dress kept twisting on my body so the slit was off center. Overall, great color and silhouette, poor quality.

Pretty but runs at least 2 sizes too small
Tried this on at the store in a size 6R and could just barely zip it. The lace waistband is very restricting. Ordered in a size 8R, and was surprised at how small the waist still was. I was able to zip, but it was so u comfortable I couldn't wear it. Also, due to the fit, the 'sleeves' kept sliding off my shoulder. Very bummed, such a pretty dress. Order at least two sizes up.

Love the strong shoulder
Really enjoyed wearing this with my unlimited membership. I had to pin the front, the image is with it unpinned. I am about 36B and definitely don't fill the chest in in a medium. I imagine someone with a larger chest would look stunning in this, but also very scandalous. It's a bit cropped but not a problem if worn with high waist jeans. Fabric is lightweight but heavy enough to not wear a jacket in fall but a bit too heavy for summer. If that makes sense. Overall, would rent again but maybe in a smaller size.

Love the print and silhouette
Love the silhouette of this top. It's a fun basic that is easy to dress up. The woven side definitely stretches out throughout the day so don't be afraid to size down. I wear typically a 6-8, wore a small in this and could have used an xs.

This sweater is beautiful. I felt very fancy wearing it, even though it has an oversize fit. The fit is meant to be a bit bigger, I usually wear a small or medium, and chose a small in this one and it fit perfectly. The black parts of the sweater have a metallic thread in them, which gives it a little something extra. It's soft and doesn't feel scratchy, and I'm pretty sensitive to that. It is warm though. Not like, wear when you're touring glaciers, but too warm for a 65 degree day. Luckily I wore a t-shirt under it, but I still kept it on for a full work day because I loved it so much. I'll add that I saw this sweater when looking at the bag, and rented both. Would rent again when it's a touch colder out.

Didn't mind this top, but it was not flattering in the hip area and I didn't end up wearing it. I love a ruffle peplum style, but it unfortunately hit me in the wrong area for my height and extra curve that is happening from the last few months of new relationship weight. It is t-shirt material which I was sort of not expecting, but made it a bit more casual which is nice. Ps. I have unlimited so I didn't feel bad for not loving it.

Beautiful jacket!
First of all, my boyfriend calls this the Thriller jacket. Second, I was in the RTR store in SF and there was another girl wearing the same red jacket and he obviously noticed and creeped an insta video. Anyhow, I love this jacket. Note that it runs a little small in the arms/shoulder. Like, you can wear just a t-shirt under it. I typically wear a small or medium, and the medium was tight in this jacket. Wouldn't have been able to wear anything more than my dress under it.

Super cute sweater, but not the most flattering. Cozy, and not itchy (I'm sensitive to that sort of thing). I wanted to love it more than I did, but perfect sweater for running errands around the city. Ps I have unlimited so I didn't feel as bad for not loving it.

This skirt is beautiful! The fabric is silky but thick and well-made so it doesn't show every little flaw. The elastic at the waist is high quality and doesn't stretch out over time or fold over too badly with wear. The length is perfect to wear with heels! Loved wearing it with my unlimited wardrobe!

Run SO small
I usually wear a small, sometimes medium depending on the fit. I wore a medium in this top and could barely move. It's very cropped, which I saw other's found as well. Not a huge deal; I wore high waisted jeans and the ruffle covers anything else. The fabric has zero give to it, so I'd truthfully suggest ordering up two sizes.

Love everything about this dress. It's a tad long in the back, although I'm 5'4 and wore flat boots so I'm sure it's fine with a heel. So so comfortable and flowy, shows no imperfections. No complaints about it! I steamed it right before I wore it, then wore my seatbelt and there weren't any creases. Love this brand!

Beautiful color, fit and hem!
Loved this dress! I rented the Small with the Medium as back up. I tend to float between a 4 and a 6, though closer to a 6 lately. I was able to zip the small and wear it comfortably so I decided to stick with that. I wore smoothing shorts underneath as my belly showed a little in some lighting (image was carefully chosen!). I was pulling it down all night, but it doesn't really bother me, it was more so to keep my booty more pronounced ;) Would definitely rent again!

This is definitely not for someone who is looking for a tight dress to suck you in. The fabric is slightly thick textured and stretchy. Would be great on someone that has no curves. Also didn't love the actual style; the side flaps are strange. Just not for me.

Love the lace overlay!
I ordered the 6 and 4 as a back up size. I ended up wearing the 4. The slip has stretch, but the lace overlay doesn't have a ton. I'm glad I got both sizes; the 6 would have been fine but the 4 was just a bit more fitted. Love the sleeves and high neck! Color is great, overall would love to rent this again!

I wore this to a wine festival in NYC with a pink and white dress code. I have another event coming up that I wish I could rent it for again, but RTR has so many great choices. I am usually between a 4 and 6, but I went with the 6 on this one. Fit perfect, and I wore sticky pads rather than a bra. I need this dress in tons more colors, please!!

I rented this dress to wear to my blog launch party as the hostess. I love the dress, but the waist belt is very tight as the other reviews mentioned. The benefit of the waist being a bit tight is that the fabric all really sucks you in, and since the skirt is flared, you don't have to worry about having that extra cookie for dessert!

Love the look of this dress, though I agree with other reviews that the fabric is very stretchy. I didn't end up wearing this dress to my event because the back was way too short, but I loved playing with it! The short back was such a bummer (no pun intended), and I'll note that I do have some junk in the trunk. But definitely size down if you're going to try it out, and I don't believe going up a size made a huge difference in the length.
