Appropriate choice when meeting Sarah Jessica Parker! Black tie sheik.
It got perfectly, comfortably and I wore a strapless bra underneath so no straps showing. It fit nicely in the waist and stomach area - it was perfectly sized.

The fabric is beautiful and elegant. Opposite of simple black dress! Compliments all night.
I panicked when I tried on this dress, because it is so low-cut that no bra would help. I bought clear duct tape to lift myself. I am a 34B. I had to use fashion tape to adhere it to my chest so that I would not show my open chest to the dignitaries at my table at the Kennedy Center Honors. Keep in mind that this dress is great if you have bigger chest. Smaller chested ladies will be disappointed as I was. The 2R was a little snug under the underarms, but gaping open at the bust - and cuts way below so any traditional bra will show. The tulle underneath gives is the full look, but can catch on heels and also was a pain to hold up while in the restroom (bring a clutch with a hook or strap because you will need your arms to pick up the dress in the bathroom or on stairs).

Perfect Kennedy Center Black Tie dress
I rented the 2 and 4. I'm a 34B, 125lb, 5'4". I wore the 2 because the 4 was too loose in the bust. The neck was a bit tight and the overall fit was a tad snug all over, but the dress was otherwise beautiful and I got a lot of comments for the leg slit!

Perfect dress for formal, black tie, Washington DC wedding where floor length dresses were required
I absolutely loved this dress. I received dozens of compliments. It was definitely pretty fitted. I did feel that it hugged every curve. Spanx would have helped my tummy area. The back of the dress shows undergarments; I had to purchase a strap/wrap bra extender at Victoria's Secret which allowed me to wear a regular bra and be comfortable.
