I ended up going with something else. But this was my second runner up. I have not historically been comfortable going braless but would have with this using some petals and boob tape. The fabric is thick and sturdy. If you have wide shoulders don't get this. The puffy shoulders will add bulk.

I have a longer torso and shorter legs so this was not for me. It made my midsection look short and my body overall stumpy. Also, the dress is unlined so the seams and stitching could be felt and were itchy and bothersome.

Nice quality. I got compliments all night. It was nice to have pockets for small things on hand. In everyday clothes I'm a 6. I wore the 4R. I'm 5'6", 135 lbs give or take 2-3 depending on the day. Longer torso, hour glass-ish shaped. The top of the 4R was a little loose. Not snug. Luckily it can be worn with a bra. The zipper is a challenge where the fabric of the skirt meets the top. Also tripped on the back when I switched from heels to flats. Not for petite ladies unless you want a train.
