I was really happy with this dress for a casual wedding at 25 weeks pregnant. I thought it was easy and different from a lot of the maternity styles that you see out there. The tummy area was super flowy so I didn't feel any discomfort even after dessert :) My only complaint is that the wedding was on a hot afternoon and the dress didn't breathe super well. If it were just a tad cooler out this would have been a homerun.

In my first trimester, I thought a wrap dress was a safe bet and it went over great! I felt wonderful and didn't worry about how the little bump would look after dessert :) I had been worried about the bottom slit being a little too high up but that didn't end up being an issue. Having a smaller chest, I did need to safety pin the top so keep that in mind!

As many reviews mention, this dress runs small and there is little give. I am a consistent size 2 (even in other Nicole Miller dresses!) and can't imaging squeezing into that with this dress - I'm so thankful I ordered a 4. I absolutely loved the color and the asymmetrical shoulder. Perfect for my partner's work holiday party. I think you could pull this off for either a cocktail party or dress it up for black tie. I can't say enough positive things!
