I'm 5'10" and 130 pounds when not pregnant; I'm 23 weeks along now and around 145 pounds. I wanted to make this work as a second-trimester maternity dress—and it did! I've tried ASTR dresses before and know they run a bit small around the ribcage, so I sized up. That was a smart decision, as the medium fit perfectly. I also found the dress to be bra-friendly, which was a pleasant surprise; I just used some fashion tape to make sure my bra didn't peek out from the relatively low-cut top throughout the night. Because of the way the dress was cut, I really didn't look pregnant in it—a nice change from my normal state. I highly recommend this dress to pregnant ladies—but make sure to size up!

This dress was pretty cute on. However, it's large (I'm normally a small and got an x-small, and it was still big!), so it's not great for showing off a baby bump—unless, maybe, you're quite far along. I'm 22 weeks, and you couldn't tell I was pregnant.
